For example, a property in a popular area with a price ranging from one to two million for sale will cost 24 points for a basic listing, 72 points for a hot listing, and 144 for a signitured listing.
Another example, a property in a low-popularity area with a price ranging from 2 million to 4 million for sale will cost 21 points for a basic listing, 63 points for a hot listing, and 125 for a signitured listing.
